NEXT MEETING: Monday, October 19th at 6pm in the High School Library
It was voted to do the Tech concession stand during home games this fall. It will take
EVERYONE to make it a success. This fund raiser will benefit Project Graduation
(party after graduation). We need 25-30 people to work each game. We are
putting together a work schedule now. Please sign up, there is no cost to you.
Participation in any events, coming to meetings, etc. earns points for your student
for the drawings at the party.

Raffle: $5.00 each drawing to be held Nov. 13.....12 weeks to sell.
We can sell at above Pirate home games and also Jr. High games &
Volleyball games. We also have some Under Armour shirts/hoodies
that could be sold at these games too. Pick up tickets in the High
School Library from Cindy Harvey...please sign let us know your
phone # and how many tickets you take. Points are earned for
each 10 tickets sold.
TECH INFO:
We would like everyone to arrive early to games. It takes several
hours to clean everything, count product, cook, set up before gates
open to general public. Gates open 2 hours before game time. If you
arrive before gates open, then you will check in at gate 3 (NW corner of
Stadium)....if arriving after gates open to public, you will check in at
Gate 1 (SW corner of the Stadium). Please wear black pants, shorts, Capri,
etc. We have red Cooper shirts that will be at the stand...Large sizes are
limited, so if needed, wear a RED Cooper shirt you have at home, & closed
toe shoes. PARKING: expect to park and walk a ways. You may want to car
pool or better yet have someone drop you off at the gate. FOR QUESTIONS:
